Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring compound found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale.
Why sprout powders?
Apart from drying sprouts in low temperature, our sulforaphane blend has been formulated to be neutral-tasting, making them incredibly convenient and versatile. We'd added pumpkin seeds in our Sulforaphane blend to neutralise the sharp tastes of broccoli and kale sprouts. This makes our Sulforaphane blend a great addition to your breakfast smoothies or soups alike!
Why can't I just eat broccoli or kale?
Sulforaphane is sensitive to temperature and light. This means that cooked broccoli or kale has a negligible amount of sulforaphane. Our sprout powders are dried in low temperature to ensure that all the nutrients are retained.
